Abstract:
Until recently, there has been poor attention for the situation in Africa concerning disappearances. Linking Solidarity therefore decided to focus its attention on the African continent. Three regional seminars were organised with the intention to allow exchanges of experiences and to promote NGO cooperation. the outcome has surpassed the expectations: a regional African NGO network against Disappearances was created.
