Treaty Event. Multilateral Treaty Framework: An invitation to Universal Participation

Treaty events are celebrated every year at the United Nations Headquarters. This year the treaty event will coincide with the general debate of the sixty-third General Assembly. The event provides an opportunity for States to demonstrate their continuing commitment to the central role of the rule of law in international relations.
