Context
The three cases reported to the UNWGEID concerned two soldiers and a university professor arrested in 1989, together with 27 other people, on charges of having participated in a conspiracy against the Government. These three cases were transmitted to the Government, which reacted with information of the whereabouts and well-being of the disappeared.
