Context
The United States of America in the execution of war on terror has made use of  renditions or extraordinary renditios. This practice consists on detaining person  either inside or outside the United States and their extrajudicial transfer to United States-run detention facilities. Since the detainee is held incommunicado in secret centers, the practice is also defined as enforced disappearance.
