CHAD: The Habré Legacy

2001, Amnesty International:

Amnistía Internacional espera que "The Habré Legacy", que pone de manifiesto el alcance de violaciones de los derechos humanos cometidas bajo el gobierno de Habré (1982-1990), sobre la base de la información publicada por Amnistía Internacional en ese momento, reforzará la campaña para poner fin a la impunidad por los crímenes cometidos en el Chad. El documento pone de manifiesto la naturaleza grave y generalizada de violaciones cometidas en el marco de Hissein Habré y destaca que las violaciones han continuado con su sucesor, el presidente Idriss Déby.
