Este informe pretende ofrecer una voz a algunos de los países de África en los que víctimas que han presentado denuncias contra Hissène Habré y darles la posibilidad de apelar directamente a la Comisión de Expertos, la UA y la comunidad internacional en general. Todas estas víctimas han hablado de sus ansias de justicia y su larga lucha para garantizar que Hissène Habré sea juzgado por un tribunal competente e imparcial de los crímenes por los que ha sido acusado.
