Waiting for Justice. Unpunished Crimes from Nepal’s Armed Conflict

Human Rights Watch llevó a cabo la investigación en Katmandú y en el distrito de Kavre de octubre de 2007, entrevistando a 10 miembros de familias de las víctimas, tres de las cuales eran víctimas de tortura, cuatro policías y oficiales del ejército, cuatro funcionarios de la Procuraduría General de la Nación, seis representantes del ACNUDH, cuatro miembros de organizaciones de la sociedad civil, tres representantes de partidos políticos (desde el Congreso nepalí, el PCN-M, y el PCN-UML), y un oficial de la Comisión Nacional de Derechos Humanos. Nadie se negó a ser entrevistado. Entrevistas de las víctimas y las familias se llevaron a cabo en Inglés con traducción nepalí. Estas entrevistas se realizaron en privado.
