Abstract:
In 2002 and 2003, Linking Solidarity convened three international seminars accross the African continent in Cotonou, Pretoria and Arusha. Out of these seminars the African Network Against Enforced Disappearances, better known as RADIF, was born. A report on the process of creation of the third regional network on disappearances in the world.
