Context
The victim of this disappearance denounced to the Working Group, according to the last report of 2006, is of Palestinian origin. This person was allegedly arrested by Kuwaiti secret police in 1991. The UNWGEID has facilitated a meeting between family members of the disappeared and Kuwaiti Government representatives. Nevertheless no information was received from the Government regarding the fate of the victim.
