Convention against enforced disappearances: 2 more ratifications needed!

Last Tuesday, 8th December, Chile ratified the International Convention for the Protection of all Persons from Enforced Disappearances. This ratification makes the number 18th. This means that only two more states need to deposit their ratification instrument for the convention to entry into force.
