French senate adopts bill authorising ratification of Convention

On the 8th of July the French Senate adopted a bill authorising the ratification of the Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Disappearances.

On the 8th of July the French Senate adopted a bill authorising the ratification of the Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Disappearances. It is now up to the President to ratify the Convention.

The adoption of the bill by the Senate follows previous adoption of the bill by the Assemblée Nationale on the 12th of June.
