Kashmir: APDP refutes govt. figures of disappeared persons

Association of Parents of Disappeared Persons (APDP) has strongly reacted to the statement by government in assembly session that 110 persons disappeared in valley and said that the government was largely indifferent to cases of enforced disappearances.
