Paraguay becomes the 19th state to ratify the convention

Paraguay ratified the International Convention for the Protection against Enforced Disappearances the last 3 of August. TParaguay ratified the International Convention for the Protection against Enforced Disappearances the last 3 of August.

The ratification was deposited without reservations. Only one other State needs to ratify the convention in order to get into entry.
