Possible 20th ratification coming from Colombia

Colombia could be taking a decisive step in the fight against enforced disappearances. Tomorrow Tuesday, 19th of November, the plenary of the House of Representatives, could approve the country's ratification to the UN International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance.
