Sri Lanka: Human Rights Defender Abducted

A human rights defender identified as Stephen Sunthararaj was abducted by five men whilst travelling in his lawyer's car in Colombo on May 7, the London based Amnesty International (AI) said in a statement fearing that he may have been subjected to enforced disappearance because of his work as a Project Manager at the Centre for Human Rights and Development in Colombo.
