The Committee against Torture asks the Algerian State to investigate on the Disappeared

The Collective of Families of the Disappeared in Algeria (CFDA) and the International Federation of Human Rights Leagues (FIDH) congratulate themselves on the firm reminder of today by the Committee against Torture addressing the Algerian State on its obligations to prosecute all imprescriptible crimes of torture, including rape and enforced disappearances.
